Grab some drawing/painting/coloring supplies and find a cozy spot (that you don't mind getting messy if you are using paints!).
Take three deep breaths and ask your inner critic to step aside. This is all about reflection and creativity, not about creating a perfect work of art. If it helps, you can get up and move freely to get out of the head space and into the body space. You can also set a timer to work within so that you don't feel as tempted to make it "perfect."
Visually divide your paper into three parts - the left and right will be the past and future and the middle is the present. Start with the past and future and draw out where you were and where you want to go. The more abstract the better. Once you have those, let yourself go wild combining the two in the center and add any images of growing pains you want.
Once you're done with your drawing, you can sit back and look at it. Reflect on the middle especially. What do you notice? What stands out as beautiful to you? Which parts do you dislike?
Put your drawing somewhere that you can continue to observe and reflect on. And feel free to send pics to us! We'd love to see what you create.

A warm cup of coffee or tea in the morning, the crunch of fresh fallen leaves under your feet, a cheers to a friend who accomplished a dream. Simple things in life, but without them, it would be meaningless. Ritual Sisters is dedicated to helping you feel more connected to both the small and big joys of life. We’re so grateful you are here. We cannot wait to journey with you, find connection, make meaning, and listen to our heart’s direction.
